DELETE MY DATA

Ask us to remove information you have given the club.

Your right to erasure

Under the UK GDPR you can ask us to delete personal information we hold about you — for example photos you uploaded or appear in, membership or visitor forms, and your contact details. Send the form below and the Club Secretary and Welfare Officer will action it.

  • We respond within one calendar month, as the law requires.
  • We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so nobody can delete someone else's records.
  • Some records must be kept — for example accident or safeguarding reports, and accounting records — where we have a legal obligation or a safeguarding duty. We will always explain what we have kept and why.

See our Privacy Policy for what we hold and how long we keep it. If you are a current member, deleting everything will also end your membership record.
